Thank you so much for hosting me today, Carmen!
The release of a new novel is always an exciting and terrifying time. Christmas: Dragon Style is more nerve-wracking than most as I am a total fan of dragon paranormal romances. This book basically epitomizes everything I adore about dragon shifters, so there’s quite a lot at stake for me!
I just hope my readers, old and new, love Remy and the rest of the characters within this new series of mine.
I thought I’d answer a few questions for my wonderful host, so let’s dot some Is and cross some Ts!
The Sanguenna Chronicles is your latest series, but you have soo many. If you could guide a reader, where would you like them to start?
OoOh, that’s a toughie! Well, my muse has loose morals! She can never stick to one series for long, and I love writing so much that I’m always knees deep in a different book.
If I had the choice, I’d actually go way back to my very first series, and tell people to start there. Naughty Nookie. Marina and Mona are often overlooked, I think, and I’m not sure why. Marina, especially… if you love BDSM, then her tale has a different kind of kink to it. Both books are really different, and incredibly long! They took me ages.
I’m still writing book three. It’s on my to do list!
That sounds like you’re writing another book. Tell me more!
I’m always writing another book, Carmen! Don’t you know that by now? 😉
But yep, you’re right. The next book in The Sanguenna Chronicles is actually written, and with the editor. It will be releasing on Valentine’s day! I’m so psyched about the hero in that one. Remy is delish, but Valentine’s hero is just hawt, and OMG, so funnny!
To be honest, I’m writing an unusual Reverse Harem tale at the moment. And I’m loving where it’s going!!
It seems like you’re setting the books around holidays, why is that?
Who doesn’t love holidays?! 😀 I love all the pomp and glory of holidays, whenever and wherever they may be. As a Brit, I also love all the different holidays in the US, so I’ll be following those dates but also, some abroad too. I can’t divulge too much of that though as my muse hasn’t let me know where the next book will be set! 😛
Are you the Grinch or a Christmas lover?
I’m a bit of a Grinch in that, in my family, we don’t actually give gifts. I feel like that kind of thing is really important if you have kids, which I don’t have. Hopefully some day though!
That being said, I still love having the tree up, and the meal, and being with family. I love the day, and wish it was more than just 24 hours!
Thanks for having me, Carmen. I hope I’ve sparked your interest in Christmas: Dragon Style!
It’s available from the 19th December.
Happy reading, everyone, and even happier holidays!
With Christmas around the corner, Sanguenna and leader of her Coven, Mia LeRoche, has nothing more on her mind than a lucrative holiday season at her night club. Then, a dragon pops up in her life, informs her he’s her mate, doesn’t understand the Internet, is seriously confused by Netflix, and continuously calls her his ‘lemon’.
Once friends with the Vikings, Remy Dreconis has seen and done a lot. What he hasn’t done, however, is his mate. The horizontal tango is in his future if she can get past the fact he was around for the Black Death and really doesn’t understand how cell phones work.
For five centuries, the Mother has forsaken dragonkind, denying them their lemans because of a heinous crime committed by one of her children. Remy and Mia must traverse a new phase in dragon society, creating history as they go.
But Mia’s stuck on the fact she has to live in a realm with no cell service, and Remy’s obsession with books tops her love of Jimmy Choos. This odd couple shouldn’t have what it takes to form a lasting mate bond, but the Mother knows something they don’t…
Standalone full-length novel with a smexy hero and a heroine who’ll make you LOL.
Book two in the series is coming February 14th 2018!
